The X16 Plus phone system bundles come with everything you need to install your new X16 Plus telephone system. This X16 Plus bundle includes (4) X16 XD10 Digital Speaker Phones, but it is expandable up to (16) XD10 telephones. The X16 Plus system voice server is also included and equipped for connection to (4) telephone lines, but it is expandable to (6) telephone lines. Importantly, the X16 Plus does not require the internet, so when the internet is down, your phone system will still be working. All X16 Plus system bundles include the X16 Plus Voice Communications Server, XD10 Telephones, (4) Phone Line Cords, and the X16 Plus Quick Start Guide. All X16 Plus phones feature a highly visible blue back-lit display that shows Caller ID, Call Logs, and other call details. Interactive display buttons enable easy access to the Incoming Caller ID log, Phonebook, and other call processing controls. Each X16 Plus XD10 phone also has (10) user-programmable buttons for one-touch access to telephone lines, intercom calling, and feature access. Additionally, each button's LED indicates when an X16 Plus telephone line or extension is busy, allowing you to easily place and retrieve calls from hold using your telephone line buttons.
The X16 Plus is easily expandable. It may be expanded for up to (16) XD10 phones, and the telephone line capacity is expandable up to (6) telephone line ports. The X16 Plus is reliable and secure, as it does not require the internet. This means that when the internet is down, your phone system will still be working, and all voicemail messages are securely stored on-site in your X16 Plus system. Additionally, the X16 Plus offers office efficiency features, such as the built-in Speakerphone and the Call Announce Intercom with Hands-Free Answer-Back feature, which allows you to reply to intercom calls without having to pick up the handset.
The XD10 phone includes 10 programmable buttons for easy one-touch access to telephone lines, intercom calling, and feature access. Each button's indicator light means you know what phone line or extension is busy. The X16 Plus system also includes a range of features, such as Auto Attendant for live or backup call answering, Voice Mailboxes for every user, Call Forward to Cell Phones, Caller ID, Conference, Call Record, and Music on Hold, making it a comprehensive and all-inclusive phone system solution.
